Well I did a fair amount of teaching today. It was quite satisfying because I see a real interest in the course work from the students.
Made me think.
Really good students don't need us, but they sure could use us. Us being mentors.
We can give them historic wisdom's from time to time; from out lives, show them a thing or two. And we can hope that they can use and pass on the stories.
But what I appreciate most are the questions they bring forward that I have no answers for.
It is a nice symbiotic relationship.
We had beef and noodles and salad.
Rebecca is cuddled with Maura co reading a book for a book report.
Maddie's 'potica', a massive walnut rolled bread, is baked and in the freezer ready to be portioned and served, as a class project.
Little Bear is having a bit more of a problem getting around.
